I made up this soup the other night and it turned out! That's always nice when that happens because sometimes it doesn't. :)
2 cartons of vegetable broth
a small onion
2 carrots chopped
some kale chopped
some lentils
a couple potatoes chopped
salt, pepper, red pepper flakes, curry powder, and garlic powder
That's my kind of recipe! No measurements, use what you have...
